6. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is shipped, responsibility and risk pass to the buyer.

International shipments may require the buyer to pay customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or local distribution charges.

7. Undeliverable International Shipments

For international orders, if a package is undeliverable due to buyer-related issues (incorrect address, refusal to pay customs, failure to receive), no refund will be issued.

Some countries do not return undeliverable packages. In such cases:

  • The package may be destroyed by customs.

  • No refund (product or shipping) will be provided.

If a return is possible, return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are strictly handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Buyers must read and accept the Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Distance Sales Contract (Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi – English Version)

This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) is made between:

Buyer:
The individual placing an order on turkiyesupply.com.

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Distance Sales Contract.

1. Subject of the Contract

This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Turkish Law on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of products purchased electronically from the website turkiyesupply.com.

2. Products & Pricing

The details, specifications, and sales price of the products are stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
All prices include VAT if applicable, unless otherwise specified.

International buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and any other country-specific charges.

3. Order & Payment

Orders are completed after payment is successfully processed.
The Buyer agrees that the billing and shipping information provided is correct and complete.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
– Incorrect or unverifiable customer information
– Fraud suspicion
– Product unavailability
– Pricing errors

4. Shipping & Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.

Shipping times may vary depending on:
– Destination country
– Local carriers
– Customs processing
– Force majeure events

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

5. Undeliverable International Orders

For international shipments:
If a package is undeliverable due to Buyer-related reasons (incorrect address, failure to receive, refusal to pay customs), no refund will be issued.

Some countries do not return undelivered packages. In these cases:
– The package may be destroyed by customs
– No refund (product or shipping) will be provided

If a return is possible, all return shipping costs belong to the Buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy, available on our website.

International Orders:
– No returns are accepted unless the product is damaged upon delivery
– Damage must be proven with an official carrier damage report
– The Seller will send a replacement product if damage is confirmed
– Incorrect items sent by the Seller will be replaced at no cost

Domestic (Türkiye) Orders:
Handled according to Turkish consumer laws, including the right to withdrawal within 14 days for eligible products.

Some products may be non-returnable due to hygiene, health protection, or if sealed items have been opened.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Türkiye – Domestic Orders Only)

Domestic Buyers may withdraw from the Contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
International Buyers do not have the right of withdrawal due to customs and logistics constraints.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by legal warranty conditions where applicable.

9. Seller’s Obligations

The Seller must:
– Deliver products in accordance with the order
– Ensure the products are free from defects
– Provide customer support via email (help@turkiyesupply.com)

10. Buyer’s Obligations

The Buyer agrees to:
– Provide accurate information
– Pay all customs-related charges (for international orders)
– Inspect the product upon delivery
– Provide a damage report in case of damaged deliveries

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Contract is governed by the laws of Türkiye.
Any disputes will be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Sandıklı / Afyonkarahisar, Türkiye.
