At Türkiye Supply, our goal is to deliver all orders to you as quickly and reliably as possible. From the moment your order is placed until the delivery is completed, every step of the process can be tracked transparently.

During campaign or peak periods, this timeframe may vary between 1–5 business days depending on volume.

Domestic Deliveries (within Türkiye):

International Deliveries:

With express couriers such as AJEX / NAQEL: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs workload, and local distribution processes.

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, any customs duties, VAT, import fees, or additional charges required by the destination country’s regulations are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures may extend delivery times in some countries.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your package through each step using this information.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please check the package for any signs of damage, tears, or tampering before accepting delivery.
If any damage is detected:

Do not accept the package; ask the courier to create an official report.

For missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Undeliverable Orders
Domestic Shipments
If the delivery address within Türkiye is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipping or initiate a return process.
International Shipments
For international deliveries, undeliverable orders often depend on the regulations and procedures of the destination country and the courier service. In the following situations, the order is considered the recipient’s responsibility, and no refund will be issued:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the recipient

Incorrect or invalid phone number or email address

Failure to respond to delivery attempts or absence at the delivery address

Failure to pay additional fees required by the courier (local delivery, storage, etc.)

Refusal to pay customs duties or import fees

Failure to submit required customs documents on time

Non-compliance with the destination country’s import regulations
Important Notice Regarding Non-Returnable Shipments

In many countries (particularly in the Middle East, North Africa, and parts of Asia), courier companies do not return undeliverable packages.

In such cases, packages may be destroyed by customs, not returned to the sender, and no refund will be provided (including product and shipping fees).
For Countries Where Returns Are Possible
If returns are supported:

The return transit time to Türkiye may take 4–12 weeks.

If the courier charges a return fee, this cost is the responsibility of the recipient.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, only the product price will be refunded.

The original shipping cost and return shipping cost will not be refunded.
