Refund & Return Policy (International + Domestic Orders)

1. International Orders – Return Policy
Due to international logistics, customs procedures, and operational costs, Turkiye Supply does not accept returns for international shipments.
1.1. Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted

Buyer fails to receive the parcel

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Parcel rejected or not cleared by customs

Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers

Buyer changes their mind
In these cases, no refunds will be issued, and products cannot be returned.
1.2. Damaged Deliveries
If an international shipment is delivered damaged:

A damage report must be created with the courier at the time of delivery.

Claims without an official courier damage report cannot be processed.

With a valid report, we will send a free replacement product.

The damaged item does not need to be returned.
1.3. Incorrect Items
If the wrong item is delivered, the responsibility is fully ours.

A free replacement will be shipped to the customer.

Return of the incorrect item is not required (unless the customer prefers to return it under our instructions).
2. Domestic Orders (Within Türkiye)
For orders shipped within Türkiye, Turkiye Supply follows all applicable laws under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation.
2.1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Customers may exercise their 14-day right of withdrawal without providing any reason.
To qualify for a return:

Product must be unused and in resaleable condition.

Original packaging should be intact.

All accessories must be included.
2.2. Items Not Eligible for Return
According to Turkish regulations, the following cannot be returned:

Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene concerns

Opened food supplements / cosmetic products
-
Personalized or custom-made items
(If any of your products fall into these categories, the heading stays valid.)
2.3. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping costs are handled according to Turkish law:

If the customer uses the right of withdrawal, the seller covers the return shipping cost.

Initial delivery shipping fees are not refunded if the product is not faulty.
